Grafton Floral was established on Hill Avenue in 1946 by Bill and Helen Moe. In 1948 they moved the business to its current location at 945 Summit Avenue. The first glass greenhouse was constructed in 1949. In August of 1991 Andrew and Jacqui Moe purchased Grafton Floral.
