Aloha and Mahalo for your interest in Food For The Soul.. We were established by our Chef Rob Digman in January 2004. He began our journey on Maui by private chefing and doing intimate catered events all over the island. In January 2005 Tina Fligor joined the team and they opened their café in Wailuku while growing their catering business.
