In 1940 a house was built on the Manor House grounds. Ownership was transferred to two subsequent residential owners before the current owners, Bill and Kathy Kinane, purchased the property in October of 1996. Architectural plans originally included demolition of the original home for building purposes. It was decided that the house should be preserved and moved to be used for the Manor House offices.
