The Crazy Chefs Caterers

James Messinger, the proprietor of The Crazy Chefs, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts Management. Chef James received the CIA Service Award given at commencement and served as vice president of the ETA SIGMA DELTA International Hospitality Honor Society.
